1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high order volumes, shipments may experience slight delays. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information usually becomes active within 24–48 hours.
